I’m sure any new manager will be fine… maybe ;-)
Our store manager took maternity leave for a bit longer than a year, and in that time we had some (now lol-worthy) awful managers. They weren’t all bad and there was one that was super awesome and we all miss him. But still, I have learned to expect the worst haha, and then hopefully it won’t be as bad.
